Summary of Deadlines
Here we make a summary list of all the deadlines that participants need to pay attention. Some of the deadlines are extended, and some are deadlines regarding the issues to be announced soon.

Most participants have submitted full paper either via Easychair or Email.
1. If you have not submitted the full paper after the extended deadline is due, we will unilaterally rescind your qualification to participate the 12th APRU DSC.
2. If you fail to submit the full paper at Easychair and have sent us an email of the full paper instead, we prefer you try it again under the guidance of Full Paper Submission manual. Click here to download.
3. The submission of ID photo can be submitted in the same webpage, refer to the Manual for more instructions. |

Accommodation |
June 10th, 23:59 GMT |
1. After the deadline is due, we will receive no more updates about the changes of accommodation requirements.
2. We will try our utmost to arrange participants with company to live in the same room.
3. Extra fee incurred either by upgrading to single room or bringing company will be paid at registration on July 3rd. |

Post-conference Tour |
June 10th, 23:59 GMT |
1. After the deadline is due, we will receive no more updates about the changes of post-conference tour requirements.
2. After the deadline, participants who have registered for post-conference tour should pay online. We will release further notice on this issue after June 10th .
3. Please refer to Visa and Post-conference Tour Update in the WHAT¡¯S NEW section for more information.
4. Participants who have registered for post-conference tour will be transferred back to hotel after the one-day Beijing Tour to pack before departing from Beijing. |

T-shirt Information Gathering |

1. Each participant will be given a T-shirt at registration, so we need the size information of each participant.
2. Please go to T-Shirt Size Information Gathering in the WHAT¡¯S NEW section for more information. |

Flight Information (Extended) |
June 20th, 23:59 GMT |
1. We extended this deadline since many participants are not able to determine their flight before June 4th.
2. Detailed airport transfer schedule will be published after June 20th.
3. In order to facilitate the arrangement of transfer schedule, please update the flight info on the Registration webpage even if you have sent them to us via email.
4. Though we postpone the deadline for flight information, we still advise participants with vacant flight info to book their tickets asap. |
