for more information. We provide by default standard room (two beds) for two persons for participants during the conference. If participants want to upgrade to single room, the extra fee is 400 RMB per night. So if you want a single room, you have to cover an extra of 5*400=2000 RMB for five nights. Since the room capacity is limited, we will try our utmost to meet the single room requirements of participants.
With company We received feedbacks about participants who want to join the conference with company, (e.g. spouse or relatives). Since
we will not cover the extra expense for company, here we offer information of the extra cost participants need to cover during the conference. NOTICE: The cost is incurred by logistic, mainly food, accommodation, transportation, etc. For each company during the four day conference, the total extra expense is 2730 RMB. Accommodation: 400RMB * 5 nights = 2000 RMB Food: 630 RMB in total, including - Dinner of July 3rd; Tree Meals of July 4th, 5th, 6th; Breakfast and lunch of 7th.
Transportation and activity: 100 RMB - Transportation includes airport transfer, tour by bus. Taxi cost incurred by participants is NOT included. Activity includes parties.
