Visa, photo and others

We would like to update information of 12^th APRU DSC in the following aspects.

Full Paper Deadline

The full paper deadline is June 4^th,23:59 pm, GMT.

Photo

Each participant will be given a badge during the conference. The badge is made individually for each participant with
photo. So when you submit your full paper at EasyChair, please also submit an ID photo. Notice that there is a note on the EasyChair that says:

The paper must be in the PDF format (file extension .pdf).

The attachment (if any) must be in the JPEG format (file extension .jpg).

=============================================================

The photo is submitted as Attachment and the paper is submitted as File.

We specify the photo to be the style of ID Photo.

The photo should be JPG file within 100KB, the size is 3.5*5.3cm and 626*413 in pixel.

Visa

We have finished and send out the first batch of Invitation Letter, participants who have submitted visa requirements will receive emails consecutively upon the availability of Invitation Letter. All the visa form will be sent out before June. If you are not receiving any emails regarding visa, please wait for a few (3~4) days before you send us an inquiry mail.

Flight Information

If you have not submit flight information, please submit before June 4^th asap at 

http://apru.daf.tsinghua.edu.cn/Registration.htm.

Detailed airport transfer program will be published after we gather the flight info of all participants.

If you have special issues regarding the deadline, please contact us. The email subject is advised to contain your paper
id.
